Quick updates to my nvim-simple repo:

1. Introduced Berg NeoVim theme, inspired by a VS Code plug in (link)
2. Added Windows PowerShell installer
3. Added quick menu support (F10) on Windows
4. Tested with Tabby and Windows Terminal

This is all vibe-coded, which is why I can easily port this to Jupyter Notebook, Windows Terminal and so on.
